Welk sea shell cast out of bright Britiana. Hand made hand finished, Hand made in USA
This is a direct casting of a lightning whelk, scientific name Sinistrofulgur perversum. I found it while out snorkeling the grass flats here in the north Florida panhandle. Figuring the finest sculptor in the world made this, Mother Nature.Wow did it come out nice. It has a good feel and great look. I have been making these for about a year but my wife and friends keep taking them! I now have them to offer to you too.
This is a solid Britannia casting so this can be used in food decoration. We have been using them as center pieces , knick-knacks and touch pieces.
I will be customizing them into lamp pulls, key chains and door pulls in the future .
